LS-400

Precision Motion. Intelligent Automation.

400 mm/s MAX SPEED
±0.1 mm POSITION ACCURACY
Up to 7 kg PEAK PAYLOAD

The LS-400 is a belt-driven, multi-axis Cartesian gantry that pairs synchronized high-accuracy X-Y-Z motion with an interchangeable end-effector architecture and a fully integrated software stack — one frame, one control system, designed to carry whichever tool the job in front of it calls for.

Everything the machine needs, running on the machine.

Encoders sit upstream of the mechanical reduction, so the control loop corrects drivetrain error instead of inheriting it — every layer above is built on that foundation.

SYS / CAM

Onboard CAM

Toolpath generation, on the machine

No bouncing a design between third-party CAD packages, CAM post-processors, and hand-tuned G-code. Upload a file and the platform generates the toolpath itself.

  • Upload and go.Common design file formats are converted straight into an optimized toolpath — no external post-processor.
  • One source of truth. What you upload is what the machine paths, removing an entire class of translation errors.
  • Lower skill floor.Operators prep jobs that used to need a dedicated CAD/CAM specialist.
SYS / PATH

Smart Path Planning

Motion that plans itself

Sits between CAM output and the motion controller, turning raw geometry into an efficient, mechanically sympathetic plan for how to move.

  • Travel optimization.Sequences operations and rapid moves to cut cycle time automatically.
  • Motion-profile shaping.Acceleration and jerk are profiled to the machine’s real dynamic limits.
  • Calibration-aware.Positions are corrected for known drivetrain and geometric error before motion begins.
SYS / HMI

In-House HMI

Purpose-built operator control

Designed alongside the control system rather than adapted from a generic package, so it maps one-to-one onto the platform’s real capabilities.

  • Simple, direct operation.Jogging, homing, job selection, and run control laid out for fast, low-error use.
  • CAD import & simulation.Import a CAD model directly and preview the generated path before it ever runs on the machine.
  • Fully in sync.Taught points, generated programs, and machine state read from the same shared data live.

An industrial controller built for the cell floor.

One controller runs motion, safety, and the operator interface — engineered for reliable, scalable operation in manual and automatic modes alike.

Teach Pendant Handheld unit

Jog to a position. Hit record. That’s the program.

The joystick teach pendant lets an operator jog the gantry to the positions a job requires, record those points directly on the machine, and let the platform compile a runnable program from them — no code, no specialist.

Watch the gantry work.

This is the same motion the smart path planner generates on a real LS-400 — an X-Y-Z gantry running a serpentine raster fill inside a fenced work cell, with the beam and head tracking exactly where the toolpath sends them.

StatusRunning

A platform that adapts to the job, not the other way around.

One machine, many tools

An interchangeable end-effector architecture is built to extend into inspection, laser, and bonding work over time — one capital cost, one footprint, one operator to train.

Software-complete out of the box

Onboard CAM plus smart path planning make it a finished solution, not a bare motion stage waiting on an external software chain.

Precision that survives the switch

A shared motion platform and calibration model mean accuracy holds constant no matter which tool is running.

Accessible without dumbing down

From the in-house HMI to the teach pendant, the barrier keeps dropping — without trading away industrial repeatability.

Configured to your production volume.

The LS-400 isn’t sold off a shelf. Work envelope, end effector, and throughput are specified around your actual production volume — from a single job-shop cell to a multi-line installation.
